Throughout the year a number of Photography clubs across the country affiliated to British Photographic Exhibitions (BPE), hold exhibitions allowing photographers to gain BPE Crowns.  Photographers require 25 acceptances into exhibitions to gain a BPE Crown.   (BPE1*)

The Winchester National Exhibition, was held in summer 2022 with a limit of 3000 entries across five classes.  

We are delighted that club member Maureen Smith’s image ‘Egg Heads’ was awarded 1^st Place in the Creative Class.   Maureen has been entering exhibitions for two year and was delighted with this award. 

Maureen image ‘Calm’ was also accepted into the exhibition.    

Maureen has also had her image ‘High Tide’ accepted into the SheClicks exhibition at The Photoshow 2022 at the NEC.  (https://www.photographyshow.com/) 

Each month, SheClicks members enter images on a set theme and up 25 images are chosen for the SheClicks website gallery by Angela Nicholson, SheClicks founder or a guest judge.  https://www.sheclicks.net/

Maureen’s image won the July monthly theme,  ‘Water’. 

High Tide has been chosen by Angela and Donna Crous to join a selection from the monthly images to be featured at the Photoshow 2022 which takes place between 17^th and 20^th September.
